Aquarium Curator - Since Warren started his public aquaria career at the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth over 10 years ago, his career has gone from strength to strength. Two years after joining the NMA Warren was sent to Dubai to help run the facility at the Burj Al Arab. Two years later Warren found himself taking over the management of the facility and making some dramatic changes. Although now working for Jumeirah, Warren found his time with the NMA incredibly rewarding, providing him with invaluable experiences such as working with large elasmobranchs and preparing the deepest aquarium exhibit in the UK.

Over the last six years Warren has been especially focused in Life Support Science and working closely with a team of advisors and specialists has made several major improvements to the facility resulting in better fish health. Ensuring that the guest experience is always paramount, Warren is always thinking about the next improvement that can be made and has some very big plans for the future.

Warren is also heavily involved with sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation and is heavily focused in using the project that he runs to promote education and awareness. In addition to this, Warren is extremely proud to be working on a unique shark parthenogenesis programme where he and his team have successfully reared parthenogenic Leopard shark pups that has survived beyond 100 days.

Although no longer the biggest aquarium in the UAE, Warren takes pride in the quality of his team's work focusing on the end result; which is optimum fish health, exhibit appearance with a wow factor impact, guest satisfaction, conservational awareness and team enrichment within the work place.
